Salmon Picatta*
I've eaten at SBC a number of times as we like to attend their Wednesday night trivia. Their food is always so fresh and delicious! I've tried many things from the menu, and I always come back to the salmon picatta. It is by far my favorite dinner. It comes with a side of creamy mashed potatoes and the salmon itself is always cooked perfectly and covered with capers.
Wings
SBC has a very good reputation for delicious food and great entertainment and service. I have hosted a very of events in the back room and even attended events hosted by others in addition to regular dinner service there. I have never had a bad experience nor have had bad food.
SBC Fish & Chips
The Fish and chips at SBC was well battered. The fish was crispy and chips was flavorful with seasoning. The quantity was good and was filling too.
Steakhouse Burger
The different flavors that played in my mouth was incredible. Juicy and flavorful. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had.
Savory Tomato Bisque
This was as good as I’ve ever had. I will definitely have it again.
Cali Turkey Burger
So so good! Amazing service and delicious food. Lots of options - something for everyone.
Warm Goat Cheese
Great spot in downtown Milford for date night or just grabbing a quick lunch or dinner. Excellent service as always! Love the covered outdoor seating, warm but not too warm in the fall and winter. Favorite dish is the warm goat cheese salad, with blackened chicken. Simply delicious!
